Back on the road again...

Pelicans at the Entrance
Smokey beach

And it is great! Amy started with a loud purr, only hickup was a leaking air mattress... So now we have a new one! Posh travellers us :)
Stayed the first night in a caravan park two min from the airport, very happy as adjusting to the new time did not seem to be a problem at all! To bed at eleven and up at six. This has now changed to bed at seven in the evening and completely awake at two in the night... Oh well, am sure that will sort it self out, we're on holiday and not worried about a thing!
Started our coast drive by going inland to Hunter Valley for some wine tasting. :) Need I say more? Great wines. Camped by gorgeous Lake St Clair with possum friends we only heard, then upgraded to a caravan after the wine. Only to get our icepacks frozen again, honest.
Yesterday we drove 430km from Singleton to South West Rocks and camped in the forrest by Smokey Beach. Very noisy night! Busy busy birds. But we had a little camp-fire (our first!) and were very pleased with ourselves.
Now we're in Coffs Harbour, heading for Byron Bay. The weather is great, the sea is getting warmer the further north we get and there are lots and lots of nigels (pelicans) and Kookaburras. Love both of them, will take them home and cuddle them.

Will keep you posted!!
Lots of love
