Wedding!

So the ceremony - the 18th July 2009 time to be arranged! In Bergen :)

Guros parents are kindly arranging this, so there will be further details as we find out ... Further details - Ceremony to be held at 2.15pm (Norway time) @ Tinghuset, Bergen. Guests to be entertained by family Otteren until dinner from 6pm.

Then the big party in UK!

This will be in a large field in Fawley near Henley-on-Thames 25th of July. The owner has promised the sheep will move out a few days before. We are having a marquee with tables inside, and lots of sunshine outside! And hogroast (with a no meat alternative for those that way inclined :) and some beer and wine and stuff. Reception starts at 3pm with after-dinner guests arriving at 8pm in time for coffee and cake! Be hungry :)

There is lots of parking in the field, but so people can enjoy that above mentioned beer and wine we will try to arrange some buses back to Marlow and High Wycombe at night.

For those that should want to, there is plenty of space for camping in the field.
But for the rest, we have reserved some rooms in the local hotels :)

- Premier Inn Marlow, tel 00441628 483597. £60 for a double room, reference PGR3246. I think they only have rooms free from saturday to sunday though.

- Holiday Inn High Wycombe M40 jc 4, tel 0044870 4009042. £60 for a double room. Our reference is Ott.

- Crowne Plaza Marlow, tel 0044870 4448940. £85 for a double room and breakfast. Our reference is OG5.

All these rooms are being held for us until one month before the party.
Accommodation around here is a bit limited, we'll add a few b&b's as we get details but if anyone's struggling let us know.

So finally we have arranged 2 gift lists.... We have one with John Lewis (list number 367957) and one with Jernia (on www.jernia.no - search for Otteren or Neale in the wishlist section). Gift certificates available for each. The lists are truely only a guideline to things we like. Well at least one of us likes. And the other doesn't hate .. much .. it's been fun! At least with Guros broken arm which is muchly improved, i've been in charge of the zapper. Happy shopping :D

Dress code - it is a field but generally posh it up! Heels required :D Officially we'll call it formal.
