Jack Johnson and lemmings in Llanidloes
We have been away for a longweekend in Shrewbury (to see Lindsey and Fudge as usual).
Started off the good times by seeing Jack Johnson in Birmingham. It was great! Fantastic concert. Think he kept going for about two hours! It was like he was enjoying it so much himself he just didn't want to leave. We think we love him, but apparently he is already married...
Friday we went to Llanidloes dressed in blue boiler suits and green wigs/hairspray for Llani fancy dress. Turned out to be a big thing! Lots and lots of people in all sorts of costumes - Doctor Whos, Stigs, dice, mobile phones, Amy Whinehouses, any animal you could think of and of course a whole lot of Lemmings! Great fun. Can't believe we never knew about this when we were just down the road in Knighton and Kington. Already planning costumes for next year.
Best thing it is I have not been to work since thursday midday and it is still only sunday!
